Covid-19 Safety

How is The Lot at Hollywood Park designed for Covid-19 safety?

The Lot at Hollywood Park experience was designed with the safety and security of our guests and staff as a top priority. Several measures have been implemented to mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19.  We require you to not leave your vehicle for the duration of the event, except to utilize nearby restroom facilities.

Should I wear a mask?

Face coverings are mandatory for all attendees. Masks should be worn when leaving the car or when any of your windows are down.

Venue Access/Parking

How do I get to The Lot?

The Lot is accessible from several major intersections surrounding Hollywood Park. Specific directions to The Lot will be provided after your ticket purchase. Please check the event details page for more information.

What time do the parking lots open and how much does parking cost?

The parking lot opens 1 hour prior to posted show time. Parking is included in the ticket price.

Is this assigned parking or on a first-come-first-served basis? Is there a VIP Section and a GA Section?

Parking arrangements will vary by event. Parking information will be provided after your ticket purchase.

Where can I find a map of The Lot?

What are the parking lot rules and regulations?

Guests must follow the following rules and regulations with respect to their conduct and the parking of their vehicle within The Lot: 

Only registered vehicles will be allowed to park within The Lot. Unregistered motorized and non-motorized vehicles are prohibited, including, without limitation, golf carts, Segways, bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and hoverboards. 

All vehicles will be required to park fully within their designated parking space. Vehicles exceeding a size of 8 ft. wide by 17 ft. long by 6.5 ft. in height will not be permitted to enter The Lot. Oversize vehicles such as RVs and trailers will not be allowed.

Food/Dining

Can we bring in outside food or beverages?

Guests are welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises of Hollywood Park

Will food or beverages be available?

Food and beverages may be available for purchase on an event-by-event basis. Please check the event detail page for more information.

Do tickets need to be purchased in advance?

Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available for sale on-site or will-call on the day of the event.

Is The Lot for all ages?

Yes. We are an all-ages venue, unless otherwise stated. All events will require a ticket. For some events only one will be required for the vehicle and others a ticket will be required per guest. Please check the event information for the show you are attending for details.

Is The Lot ADA accessible?

Yes, we provide accessible parking and restroom facilities. Please contact Hollywood Park Management at 424.541.9172 for further assistance.

Do you offer any group sales discounts?

There are no group sales or discounts available at this time.

Can you scan my ticket from my phone?

Yes, event tickets must be scanned from your mobile device. For the easiest entrance, download the Ticketmaster app. You also may access your tickets from Ticketmaster.com.

 

We highly encourage you to use the mobile wallet on your phone to download the tickets before arrival for ease of access and in case of any connectivity issues. Just click the button on your ticket in the app or on the web to add the ticket to your wallet.

 

Guests are strongly encouraged to download the Ticketmaster app prior to the event date and confirm correct ticket/parking information. Download the Ticketmaster app in the iTunes App Store or get it on Google Play. For more information, please visit Ticketmaster.com.

 

Guests will be required to show their purchased tickets on their mobile device for scanning at the venue entrance. Have fun!

Miscellaneous

Can I bring my camera or recording device?

We do not permit professional cameras (detachable lens), digital cameras, audio, or video recording devices.

 

Can I smoke at The Lot?

No. Our venue is a smoke-free venue.

Do I have access to Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi availability will vary on an event-by-event basis. Please check the event details page for more information.

Are there restrooms available?

General and accessible restrooms will be available prior to, during and immediately after each event. Restrooms will close shortly after the event's conclusion.

What items are prohibited at The Lot?

No alcoholic beverages may be purchased or consumed at any time during an event at Hollywood Park unless sold by the on-site concessionaire for the event. No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind are permitted. Laser pointers, noisemakers, signs, or flags are also not permitted.

 

Hollywood Park is a drug-free and smoke-free environment. The use of drugs (including marijuana), other illegal substances and/or smoking (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco) is strictly prohibited.

Is there a guest code of conduct?

Yes. All guests are always expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner.  No vulgar language, loud or abusive tones, or distasteful remarks will be tolerated. Guests are expected to remain in designated public locations. Unauthorized entry into restricted spaces before, during or after an event may result in immediate expulsion from Hollywood Park.
